Keyholding and Alarm Response across the UKKeynet Response provide expert keyholding and alarm services to domestic and commercial properties across the UK
Keyholding Services
Put simply, Keyholding is taking the responsibility to hold keys for a predetermined property or a portfolio of properties for safety and security purposes. Keyholding is most popularly used to allow another party to respond and attend either to an emergency alarm response at the property, or even a pre-planned visit. Businesses right across the UK use keyholding services for peace of mind. By handing a set of keys over to a trusted and experienced security firm, business owners can rest assured that their place of work is safe and secure out of hours. In the event of a security alarm being set of or an unexpected intrusion happens on the premises, the keyholders will be notified immediately and act as the first responders to the incident. At Keynet Response, we pride ourselves on our premium keyholding services right across the UK. While we are based in Yorkshire, we provide keyholding and alarm response services right across the UK. Our expert alarm response team are highly-skilled and experienced in the keyholding industry. |
Peace of Mind 24/7
Unfortunately, emergency call outs, due to their very nature, can be at any time. Without any prior warning, an alarm can be tripped at a domestic or commercial property. Break-ins and unwanted intrusions generally occur at the worst possible time for the keyholder outside of normal working hours. Most occurrences take place in the middle of the night, when the owner is sleeping and their unmanned premises can be caught off guard.
Our keyholding and alarm response services are designed to allow you to sleep soundly, safe in the knowledge that if something does happen out of hours, we will be the first on the scene to deal with it legally and comprehensively.
Legal and Proper Response
With the advent of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, in addition to the possible implications of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 in relation to the Duty of Care of Lone Working, it has become increasingly more favourable for landlords, owners, property managers and those responsible for the welfare and management of their staff to out-source this function.
The Security Industry Authority (SIA) are the regulator of the UK’s private security industry. The SIA is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Home Office. People working in the private security industry without an SIA licence may be breaking the law. All of our staff are trained, experienced, and qualified to perform proper alarm response duties and meet SIA standards.
