Alarm Response and Keyholding - 5 Step Set Up
1. Talk to us
We listen to your needs and recommend the most appropriate solution. We will then send you a quote for our alarm response and keyholding services, or other mobile security services.
2. Sign our agreement
Once you are happy with the cost of the service, you need to sign the Keyholding agreement which forms part of the quote and return it to us electronically.
3. Book a site survey
When we have your signed commitment to go ahead we can attend your property to conduct the site survey, collect any keys and alarm codes or alarm fobs, and put together our site specific assignment instructions.
4. Tell your alarm company/monitoring station
You need to pass on our control room number and site reference so that we get the call instead of you on any further alarm/CCTV activations. Our security control room/monitoring station holds NSI Gold status and is manned by SIA Licensed Operators 24/7, 365 days a year.
5. The service is ready to go!
From this point on we will look after your property and notify you of any incidents. Account managers are on hand to deal with any future enquiries. Never attend another alarm attendance again as we look after your alarm response and keyholding needs.
