A property becoming vacant does not relinquish the responsibility for that property from the owner and the best way to ensure that properties remain in good condition is to have it regularly checked by a suitably qualified and experienced security officer.
These inspections can be done daily, weekly or monthly dependent on the customer’s requirements. The patrolling officer will be looking for sign of intrusion, damage both deliberate and otherwise, health and safety issues, basic maintenance needs, obvious loss of property (fixtures & fittings etc) and any other special requirements.
Due to the nature of this type of service these inspections can be carried out randomly, both day and night and on different days throughout the period.
Many insurers make weekly property inspections a requirement of cover and can discount premiums if an approved security company is in place to deliver these services.
Temporary Systems can be placed inside or outside of vacant properties, without the need for power, fully monitored by an NSI Gold ARC to detect any potential intruders and escalate appropriately to one of our mobile patrol officers or the police.
